When is the best time to travel? For the British Isles, nearly all our clients travel between the months of April and October. Weather during this time is generally mild, although you are liable to experience all four seasons on any given day. Deals can be found in both April and October, while the summer months, especially August, have higher prices and more limited availability. Shoulder season trips are available for the more adventurous and frugal travelers.

The Dominican Republic is a great place to escape the cold winters of North America, so peak season is usually between December and April. However, the fall and late spring months are still great times to visit the Caribbean (hopefully you can avoid hurricanes during the October and November stormy season) and usually provide the best value.
How far in advance should I book my trip? It’s never too early to start planning your trip. Ideally, it is best to contact us the summer before your year of travel with an aim to finalize your trip details by late summer or early fall. Many of the big name courses book up well in advance, so planning early ensures that the courses on your itinerary will have tee times available on your desired dates at an ideal time of day. This is especially important for larger groups. With that being said, we can and do have success planning trips at the last minute, so it’s also never too late to inquire about a trip!
I know the currency exchange rate changes over time, how will that affect my trip price? The price quoted in our proposals is guaranteed in US dollars for 30 days. Once you have secured your trip with an initial deposit, the price will not change.
